If you are unable to access the Help Desk Ticket system you may dial 601.643.8685 for the Technology Department helpline. Please visit https://www.colin.edu/students/technology/student-helpdesk/ for more information regarding your MyPack, Canvas, and Microsoft 365 accounts and for guides on how to change your PIN and Passwords for those services.
Technology offices for the Wesson Campus are located in the Sandifer Building. The Natchez Campus office is located in room 212 of the Tom Reed Academic Building. Students at the Simpson County Center should contact Missy Orders (email@example.com) or J.P. McInnis (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Technology in Residence Halls
Students living in the residence halls should be aware that network resources are monitored and we encourage all users to be respectful of both equipment and utilization. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and listen to your feedback. We are taking steps in the fall of 2021 to improve the WiFi access in Simpson, Franklin, and Bates Halls and ask for your patience as we make these improvements.
