Learning in Retirement
Co-Lin's Institute for Learning in Retirement (ILR) Program is an extension of the college's commitment to learning. The ILR Program on the Wesson Campus was founded in November 1996 and is a nonprofit, member-driven organization dedicated to meeting the learning, social, and recreational needs of our maturing population.
Membership in the ILR is open to individuals who are age 50 and older and who are retired or semiretired. Members pay a membership fee and are encouraged to actively participate in the activities offered. They may attend any of the noncredit classes and workshops, tours and trips, social events, luncheons, and much more during each spring and fall semester.
This year, indulge in a new adventure. The ILR is an organization dedicated to you and for you. Getting involved is the best way to make new friends, explore new places, exchange ideas, develop new interests, and just have fun. Please review each opportunity planned and take advantage of those that interest you.
Please call or visit our office, located at The Billy B. Thames Conference Center on Co-Lin's Wesson Campus, for more information.
