Each year the Alumni Association recognizes Outstanding Faculty and Staff Members from all three campuses and presents each honoree with a $150 check and a plaque at the beginning of the fall semester.

The 2025 recipients of this award are:

• Amy Cupit (Outstanding Academic Instructor – Wesson Campus)
• Abby Rials (Outstanding Career-Tech Instructor – Wesson Campus)
• Tatiyuana James (Outstanding Faculty/Staff Member – Simpson County Center)
• Leigh Anne Mason (Outstanding Faculty/Staff Member – Natchez Campus)
