The Alpha Alpha Zeta Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) on Copiah-Lincoln Community College’s Natchez Campus recently traveled to the University of Mississippi for the Mississippi/Louisiana Regional awards gala. Alpha Alpha Zeta Chapter president Angelica King of Washington was recognized as a prestigious Coca-Cola Gold Scholar and the Golden Key Recipient. Chapter advisor Cheryl Hunt received the Horizon Award and was recognized as one of the Bennie Warren Outstanding Advisors. The chapter also won a thematic Honors Study award for their Parchman Ordeal project.
