The Workforce Education Division at Copiah-Lincoln Community College serves the employers and workforce of our college district by providing practical, high-quality training that aligns with current industry needs. As part of a statewide effort led by AccelerateMS, Mississippi’s office for workforce development, Co-Lin offers non-credit, short-term training programs that are designed to support both individual career growth and the economic strength of our region.
Whether preparing individuals for new job opportunities or helping businesses upskill their teams, Co-Lin Workforce Education is committed to building a more competitive and capable workforce within the communities we serve.

Held annually, the Pathways Job Fair connects job seekers with hiring employers across our district. This event strengthens the local job market by promoting opportunities and highlighting the strong business climate in our region.
