Natchez Campus inducts three into 2022 Hall of Fame

Copiah-Lincoln Community College's Natchez Campus named three sophomores to the prestigious 2021-2022 Hall of Fame during the annual awards day ceremony. This is the highest honor bestowed on a student by the college. Inducted were from left, Samaria Spears of Woodville, Calvin Proby, Jr. of Natchez, and Hailei Wilson of Fayette.

Samaria Spears was selected to Who’s Who at Co-Lin and voted as Miss Co-Lin Natchez Campus. She is a member of the Trailblazers, Student Government Association, and was on the Vice President’s List. She serves as Vice President of Service for the Alpha Alpha Zeta Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa and was selected to the Phi Theta Kappa All-Mississippi Academic First Team. Spears is also a Natchez Early College student.

Calvin T. Proby, Jr. was selected to Who’s Who at Co-Lin and is a member of the International Society of Automation. He is a member of the Alpha Alpha Zeta Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa and received an endowed scholarship. Proby is a sophomore in the Automation and Control Engineering Technology program and was selected as a summer intern with Southwest MS Electric Power Association.

Hailei Wilson is a member of the Alpha Alpha Zeta Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa and is a Trailblazer. She serves as President of the Student Government Association and was the recipient of an endowed scholarship. Wilson is a President’s List student.
