Duguid to receive NISOD Excellence Award

Co-Lin’s Dean of Academic Instruction Dr. Stephanie Duguid of Wesson will receive the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) Excellence Award during the annual International Conference on Teaching and Leadership Excellence in Austin, Texas on May 27.
The NISOD Excellence Awards have a 26+ year history of honoring and recognizing the extraordinary work of faculty, administrators, and staff whose service to their students, colleagues, and community deserve special recognition.
Duguid is completing her first year as Dean of Academic Instruction. In previous positions at Co-Lin, she served as Assistant Dean of Academic Instruction; Health, Physical Education, and Recreation Division Chair and instructor; and Career and Technical Education Division Assistant Dean on the Natchez Campus. Duguid earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, a Master of Science Degree from A.T. Still University, and a Master of Arts Degree from Ottawa University. She also received a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Argosy University.
