
Valley is the dining services contractor for the Thames
Center at Copiah-Lincoln Community College. Their experienced staff will work
with you to provide flexible and creative menus such as a continental or buffet
style breakfast, hot and cold lunches, box lunches, receptions, buffet and
plated banquet dinners, outdoor barbeque or a simple coffee break.
A catering guide has been developed and is available upon
request. Because it is only a guide, we prefer our customers talk or meet
with the Food Service Director Diana Mezzanares before making decisions so a menu can be designed
that best fits your specific needs and budget.
All catering will be quoted on a per function basis.
Prices will vary depending on what type function you plan and the number of
guests to be served.
