Who is responsible for changes to the web page?

The web committee is responsible for the www.colin.edu website.  Contact JP McInnis for changes or additions.  Official web pages must maintain a consistent look and feel as determined by the web committee.   The template for the website are centrally maintained and may not be altered without committee approval.

What is Blackboard?

Blackboard is an online learning platform hosted in Washington, DC via our participation in the Mississippi Virtual Community College system.  You can post your class documents, make assignments, have interactive correspondence, and online assessment.  All classes have a Blackboard section setup automatically.  Some instructors will use the platform more than others.

The Blackboard server URL is http://colin.blackboard.com

Blackboard accounts are automatically created and use the same username and password as the ALLIANT and Webmail services.
