The Food Production and Management Technology Technical Program offers an Associate in Applied Science degree, as well as a ManageFirst Professional Credential certificate through the National Restaurant Association Solutions.

 

The Food Production and Management Technology Certificate Program offers three levels of completion:

 

Certificate Level I: Students must complete all courses in the First Semester.
Certificate Level II: Students must complete all courses in the First and Second Semesters.
Vocational Certificate: Students must complete all courses in the Four Semesters.
An additional ManageFirst Professional Credential certificate through the National Restaurant Association Solutions will be awarded.

 

The primary objective is to prepare students for full-time employment in the foodservice industry upon graduation from the program.
