"Training tomorrow's journalists today"

The
Wolf Tales is a monthly newspaper publication of Co-Lin focusing
on campus events, students, clubs and organizations and sports.
Its content is produced 100% by students and faculty.
Anyone
who has writing experience or has been a member of his/her high
school newspaper staff can join the Wolf Tales staff at Co-Lin
and editor scholarships are available.
Interested
students should enroll in JOU 1111, a one-hour credit lab which
meets on Thursdays at 2 p.m. Students are also encouraged to enroll
in JOU 1313, a three-hour credit class which focuses on the principles
of writing. JOU 1323 is offered second semester and includes the
layout and design of newspapers, newspaper advertising and public
relations.
Students
receive hands-on training in all aspects of the newspaper industry.
