  • Available to anyone for fun and/or credit.  

  • Offered for credit on the Mississippi Virtual Community College
    from Copiah-Lincoln Community College. 

  • The trip is any time during June or July; tour is 8 days 7 nights.

  • Pre-trip class work is done in summer online with final grade given upon return.

FACT: The Spanish language is spoken by some 300 million persons in our world -- making it the most spoken language after two others -- Chinese (890 million) and English (320 million). 

FACT: Spanish speakers hail from Spain, Mexico, Central America, South America (not Brazil), the United States, Philippines, and some areas of Africa.
FACT: Spanish has its roots in the Latin and shares is history with languages such as Italian, French, Catalan, and Rumanian.
