Samantha Smith & Anna Gatlin – Butterfly-Cloud Wolf

The Butterfly-Cloud Wolf design is the cooperative effort of Anna Gatlin and Samantha Smith. Anna is from Ruth, Ms. and graduated from Brookhaven Academy. She is currently a sophomore Art major at Co-Lin where she is an active member of the Art Student’s League. She keeps very busy here, occupying her time with a full class load, and a member of the Sojourners and Concert Choir, BSU Council, and a member of PTK.

Samantha is a graduate of Loyd Star High School and is currently a sophomore majoring in Graphic Design and Public Relations at Co-Lin. Not only does Samantha have a full class load she is an active member of the Art Student’s League, Vice-president of fellowship in PTK, Trailblazer president, SGA secretary and a Diamond Doll.

We wonder how these two found the time to design and create Butterfly-Cloud Wolf.

Both of these girls are energetic and happy. Their energy and optimistic attitude is reflected in the bright colors and beautiful images of clouds and butterflies that cover this wolf shape. One might not consider clouds, butterflies and wolves a match but it works!

Anna and Samantha chose to use acrylic to paint the design and then coat it with polyurethane.
