Proctored Testing Reservation Request

To schedule your proctored exam/tests:

  1. Complete the form below to make a reservation for your proctored test.

  2. After the form is completed, verify that all the information is correct.

  3. Print a copy of the form to keep as your admission ticket (This ticket--along with a Photo ID must be presented when you arrive at the testing center.)

  4. Click the submit button at the bottom of the form to e-mail it to the appropriate proctor. You will receive confirmation by email when your time has been officially scheduled.

Tests must be scheduled at least 2 working business days prior to the desired testing appointment.
If you cannot keep this appointment or will be more than 15 minutes late,
please call (601) 446-1101.
Using the available times listed in the chart below, select the appropriate
 Month, Date, Day of the Week, Year, and Time you want your test scheduled.

Monday - Thursday
8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Friday
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon
