Upward Bound
What is Upward Bound? (click to view presentation) Documentation of income is required for all students who participate in Upward Bound. Listed below are examples of acceptable verifications of income. Please provide one of the choices so that your student’s eligibility may be determined. Students can not be admitted to Upward Bound without verification of the family’s income. ** Copy of latest Income Tax Return (1040, 1040A, etc.) ** Verification that your student is eligible for the Free School Lunch Program (Free Lunch Form) ** Verification from the Department of Human Services that your family is eligible for Food Stamps or TANF** Notarized statement of family’s income (Statement of Income)
