The Food Production and Management Technical Program offers an Associate in Applied Science degree as well as a Professional Management Development Diploma through the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association.

The Food Production and Management Certificate Program offers three levels of completion:

Certificate Level I:         Students must complete all courses in the
                                      First Semester.
Certificate Level II:        Students must complete the First and Second                                       Semester courses.
Vocational Certificate:   Students must complete all four semesters.
                                      An additional Professional Management
                                      Diploma will be awarded to the students by
                                      the Educational Foundation/National
                                      Restaurant Association

        The primary objective is to prepare students for full-time employment in the foodservice industry upon graduation from the program.
