The increasing dependence on technology ensures a growing demand for qualified computer information systems graduates. The Computer Information Systems Technology program prepares students for existing and emerging jobs and careers in the application of technology to plan, analyze, design, maintain, and manage business computer applications, management information systems, database management systems, and local area networks.


COMPUTER NETWORKING TECHNOLOGY

     
Computer Networking Technology is a two-year program which offers training in telecommunications, network administration, and client/server systems.  An Associate in Applied Science degree is earned upon successful completion of the Computer Networking Technology curriculum. 

Special admission requirements are:

1.  Must have a minimum ACT composite score of 16; however,
              a minimum ACT composite score of 18 is recommended.
