I. Books
A. Library Catalog
Online catalog of nearly 80,000 books
· Enter Item to search
· Select Choose Words or Phrases, Author, Title, or Subject
· Select Library to search = All or one specific library
· Select Details
Write down the Call Number of the book for the library you selected. The same book can have different call numbers in different libraries.
· If the book belongs to another library fill out a Request Form at the Circulation Desk.
B. NetLibrary
27,000 eBooks—full-text electronic books online
1. Create your own NewLibrary account at any computer on campus
2. Go to “Create a Free Account” at the top right-hand corner of the screen
3. Fill out the form and access NewLibrary e-books from any Internet-connected computer
II. Magazine Articles
· Select MAGNOLIA/EBSCO
· Find Database A to Z List
· Select Academic Search Premier or MasterFile Premier
· Click Hit Enter Key
· Type in your topic in the Search Box
· Just above the Search Box See “Choose Databases”
You can now select additional EBSCO databases to search
· Under Limit Your Results – Always Check Full Text
Also Check Scholarly(Peer reviewed) Journal – If recommended by Instructor
· Click Search

· Enter
B. MAGNOLIA Resources
· Select MAGNOLIA
· Select “N” under Database A-Z List
· Select Newspaper Source
· Type in your topic in the Search Box
· Under Limit Your Results - Check Full Text
· Click Search
