Phi Theta Kappa

The Beta Xi Psi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at the Simpson County Center was chartered on January 26, 2006.  Phi Theta Kappa is the International Honor Society for two-year colleges.  New PTK members are invited each fall and spring semester.  This organization is based on the principles of leadership, scholarship, and service.

Student Government Association
The Student Government Association (SGA) at the Simpson County Center was created in the spring of 2006.  It serves as the primary means of communication for the student body with the faculty and administration.  SGA elections are held annually.  The organization is governed by a constitution written by its charter members in the spring of 2006 at the Simpson County Center.
