Ø                      Via Internet, go to Co-Lin Homepage

Ø                      Select:  JICS Web

Ø                      Sign In:       ID is your social security number or assigned ID (omit leading zeros and hyphens)

                                      Password is the last four digits of your social security number, unless you have changed it

Ø                      Select:  Faculty link (upper right-hand area of screen)

Ø                      Select:  Change Term (under the Registration Portal)

o        Select the appropriate term for grade entry (term will be highlighted)

o        Select the “X” in upper, right-hand corner of the screen to close the window

Ø                      Select:  My Classes (under the Registration Portal)

o        Select:  View - for a specific class

o        Do not change the defaults at the bottom of the page.  The term should already be set for either mid-term or final.  Absences are not reported on grade reports or transcripts.

o        Select:  Go

o        Follow steps previously given for entering grades in manual:
